Flight was safe, aircraft was clean and luckily with enough room under the seat to store carry on bag
The fact that all the passengers boarding in "group 3" were forced to check in their carry-on bags if they did not fit under the seat; and retrieve those at the baggage claim area (not right after exiting the airplane) In my case I was able to store my carryon under the seat in front of me after pleading to the crew and gate members to let me try because of my connecting flights. There is no complimentary food service, even water is charged.
crew members were nice.
They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap.
I got to my destination on time/no mishaps. Kudos to the flying crew for a job well done.
Too longer walk to connecting flight under time crunch. No entertainment . No much room,all squashed together. No snack (free/as part of ticket) on second flight.
crew took forever to clear up the food that was nasty..took an hour and also took forever to make rounds with coffee and tea. did not time dimming of lights to time of destination to be able to adjust to time difference. lack of bathrooms, on 4 working for a huge coach area. pretty bad experience
They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid.
The boarding was prompt. The ground staff were helpful in ensuring that my through luggage had been loaded onto the connecting flight
There was no in flight entertainment, not even a water service after I boarded. They offered a meal purchase but since it was a short flight a meal wasn't necessary. At least a free drink of water should have been offered to the passengers
I have no complaints about the flight. It was a full flight but we tooked off in time and food/ drinks service was prompt. Unfortunately I left my phone on the flight and I have not got it back yet, a full week later.
Because of a problem at the car rental place we were not able to check our bags until 50 minutes before the flight. British Airways would not take the bags and we missed our flights Neither webjet who had booked our flight or British Airways would help us figure out a new flight. We had to buy a whole new flight.
Food, service, friendly, helpful Cabin crew made it a very positive experience
Entertainment system is really ancient, it's lagging other airlines in terms of display size & quality, user interface and programming
