Pros: Punctual, connexion gate very close
Cons: On both segments of the trip American changed my seat which I. I’d not realize until boarding. Way to late to protest. You pay for preferred seating but then get bumped to a lousy seat with no explanation. Likely because I was a single traveler and an American employee wanted my seat. Better not happen on the return flight
Pros: Plane was clean

Cons: They lost my luggage. They did not allow me to take her whit me in the plane because i did not fit a suitcase that always travel on top because is small suitcase terrible I will never travel again with amercan airlines
Pros: The crew was excellent!
Cons: I think quality of food Is not the same as it used to be. I travel frequently to Europe and breakfast served was not really anything special.
Pros: The service on the plane is ok.
Cons: On the trip Mex to Bogota, the airplane belated to landed, around four hours after. First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time.

Cons: After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware..
Pros: All waa good and timely. Comfortable and the crew very nice
Cons: I got home and my luggage had been all mixed up and they stole two watches. It’s sad that Aeromexico has employees who are thieves. It’s happened before and to many people I know. You should remedy this because it’s not right

Cons: Long lines of confused people trying to figure out which is the right one for them. Need more people giving orientation as people arrive to GRU airport.
Pros: Their boarding is more orderly than many Brazilian airlines.
Cons: check in was difficult. Their app is terrible - check in was not allowed.. The website is worse - it couldn't link my locator number to my account. And the gate check in had an absurdly small number of kiosks and no one to help the confused passengers. Boarding was done on time and they kept the door open for 20 minutes after take off time with no announced reason for the delay.
