Cons: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Cons: Very bad food my options were pork and vegetarian. Chicken finished.
Pros: Lovely crew, very good entertainment system.
Pros: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Cons: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Cons: For some reason there were 4 really young children seated all in the same area. Kids will be kids, but perhaps spreading them out wouldn’t make one particular area so loud and disturbing. Boarding the plane I a more orderly way would also help.

Cons: Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer.
Pros: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

Cons: Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers.
Cons: vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows.

Pros: The flight crew was great. Very friendly and efficient and there were free snacks with the comfort + seating with Delta. It’s airplane seating so it is what it is but I was not uncomfortable.

I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out
Pros: Diverted for unclear reasons. Stuck in TSY with hotel voucher to an overbooked hotel; trying to find out of pocket accommodations after long day of no food at MIDNIGHT was a real downer! I’ll let ya know if I make it home TODAY!!!

This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online.

Pros: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Cons: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.

Cons: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.

Cons: The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade.

And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Cons: Boarding was a bit chaotic. They called us all, and then we had to wait about 15 minutes, with everyone standing. They don't call by row number, so it's a free for all. Food was so-so. Dinner was fish, which was dry and had no sauce. The cake was also dry, unlike the delicious brownie we had on the flight to the Azores. (But that flight was delayed 6 hours!) I don't want to watch entertainment on my tiny phone. I wish they had seatback screens as other Trans-Atlantic flights do.
Pros: Flight from Sao Miguel was on time and arrival at Boston was also on time. The crew was friendly and professional. It would have been nice if the WiFi at the airport was faster so we could have loaded the WiFi app for on board entertainment, but somethings can’t always be accomplished.

We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Pros: It’s hard to write a review when flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 and didn’t until midnight, but due to weather. It was frustrating for all but staff and pilot kept us informed at all times so that was appreciated. There wasn’t much to do but to wait out the weather.
