Quick and organized boarding process, friendly staff but not as many snacks and drinks as the previous flight overnight
Landing was a little hard. Food was not great My prior review was for the flight to nyc too
Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!
The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.
Disappointing. Too many let-downs, in delays and communication, by both Lufthansa and Discover to put in an email. I am resigned to the fact that this is what I should expect from all airlines. Unfortunately.
Sorry, I’m not a fan of United. The seats are just too cramped and uncomfortable if you are traveling very far.
New and clean plane, lots of entertainment on IFE. Boarding was chaotic, maybe because of the size of the gate area. Plane arrived half an hour late.
