Pros: The crew was NOT amazing, everyone had to walked back to the cabin to ask for water because not a single staff person would go check on us when we pushed the help button. I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care.

Cons: Staff doing their job would have been nice

Pros: The crew really was excellent! Superb landing. I didnt feel a bump.

Cons: It was a great flight! I could have been upgraded to business class but other than that...superb

Cons: Asked me to check luggage when there was plenty of room on board... Brand new, two week old, luggage is now broken.

Cons: old, worn out plane, outdated. Very tight connection in LHR, I made it but my luggage didn't.

Cons: The crew can be a little more personable. They were very professional and courteous. Didn’t go out of their way to serve.

Cons: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Cons: The bathrooms were dirty. Food terrible. Poor service. TVs didn’t work. Confusing checkin counter unhelpful gate staff. Non-existent customer service.

Pros: Very comfortable & spacious seats. We were provided with blanket, pillow, mask, socks. Nice food and tea service.

Cons: No personal tv.

Cons: No one could lean their seats back throughout the entire flight. Also, the food was horrible. NO TASTE. Lastly, there were too many announcements throughout the entire flight making it difficult to rest.

Pros: The boarding was surprisingly fast and that was it.

Cons: It is unacceptable to have you go from the gate down two flights of stairs with your carryons so you can board a bus to take you to the plane.

Pros: The crew was great! Kind, helpful and very efficient. Smooth landing by the pilots. Good communication also.

Cons: Boarding was very rough and disorganized. My seat was broken . Had to sit in an unhinged recline the entire flight because all seats were taken. Old plane. Two over head bin doors kept opening during turbulence. Would have been nice to be able to purchase better meal options.

Cons: Everything was perfect I’m so glad to have another airlines besides American I will highly recommend your airlines to all flying abroad

Pros: Just expect the bare basics: - thin lightweight seats without adjustment - Limited legroom - no entertainment - pay for food and drinks Attentive crew.

Cons: Boarding staff was rude Bus transport from plane to terminal
