Get to the San Diego airport early. The security line will be long. Also, if you're flying Alaska Airlines and don't check in online, go to the Alaska Airlines "Agent Assit" counter first. Don't be like me and go to the Alaska Airlines "Bag Drop" line. That was a bit confusing. If you're flying Alaska Airlines.

San Diego is great airport at terminal 2. Not so great for Uber pick up past terminal 1 diversion When busy.

Make sure to pack 2-3 days of clothing in a carryon.

When you are told to sit and fasten your seat belt doesn’t mean you can get up and use the bathroom. So, please for the love of god, use the bathroom prior to boarding :)

Make sure you download your movies in advance and try not to bring more luggage than you need. And keep in mind that the gate at San Diego airport is terribly small.

Yes! Don’t reserve a flight with less than 1 1/2 hour connection time or you have a good possibility of missing your connection.

Be sure to read the signs, i have heard it's confusing for connecting flights if you don't follow the directions.

Boarding was in time, everything was well organized and clearly follows set policies, although carry-on sizing is not appealing, offering free check to allow for more cabinet space is good. Immigration process was smooth, overall a good experience and it recommended.

If veteran or active duty, make sure to stop by USO in terminal 2 (SD airport); right next door to Alaska departures.

Arrive early. May want to pay for the upgrade to a better seat. Early boarding is best.

I suggest packing a big snack bag and a large water bottle in case there are any issues with the flight causing a delay. When there are delays, no food is served, so you are stuck in a chair hungry and thirsty.

Airlines are becoming much stricter in limiting people to one carry-on bag and one personal item.

Lots of construction at Terminal 1 at Lindbergh Field. Give yourself extra time.

All good the seats a little tight and no I pad screen

Everything was good except the fact you charge more for a carry on bag vs a check in bag and to top it off in US$ that was not impressive

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute for maintenance reasons and we were rebooked on a late flight when we purposefully booked our flight to be home early due to work.

Seemed like an old plane. Very noisy. The seat cushions were so old that the metal bracing of the seats were poking through. There was plenty of leg room though.

Flight was delayed over 2 hours, then landed at a different airport!

The whole experience from check in to deboarding was fantastic.

Just an evening before they canceled my ticket and offered me ticket costing 3 x times more than. I will not fall prey to these scams,Will never book through kayak now. Such a bad experience.

was okay except.. 1)the porter check in webpage doesn't let you print your boarding pass from home 2)that there was a 90 min cut off for checking in on the kiosk in general, and to print a boarding pass, even tho i checked in online already....

Great! Personable crew. I love that they pour complimentary beer and wine.

I love the 2 seats per row. More room. The crew were excellent.

I learned that seating towards the end of plane that a line forms for the restroom and people use your chair as a hand railing, bumping your seat consistently. I was seated in the aisle. I think that next time if I am towards the back row I would want to sit in the middle or window seat.

The best airline I have ever travel , really good customer service, attention and service !!

United sent me a mileage plus number last year but that number is invalid so I can’t use it to check into flights or collect mileage. There is human to speak about the problem, only computers who keep asking me if I am using the correct email. It’s so frustrating and I cannot resolve it.

Not a great experience. We paid for the upgrade for premium economy seats and seated ourselves in very comfortable seats. Someone came along with the same seat on their boarding pass. The aircraft had been changed and as a result we were booted out and sent further back to small uncomfortable seats. After complaining we were moved to emergency row seats, which gave us more leg room but the seats don’t recline. For people in our 70’s we found having to sit upright from California to NJ very uncomfortable. Not sure why they chose to move senior citizens instead of the two people that were allowed to take the more comfortable seats. Not happy.

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely

Boarded plane and then delayed 1.5 hours while on the plane

Horrific. They missed my connecting flight to San Diego. I didn’t get there until Monday at 9am when I had a mandatory court settlement conference scheduled at 6am since we had parties on the east coast. This caused many issues. All because United apparently forgot to hold the doors open until my flight landed that only had a 10 minute delay. This was the last flight to Southern California. So I couldn’t even rent a car to finish the trip. United cannot be trusted when traveling on specific days and times since weather didn’t have anything to do with the delays.

Really good 😊 the woman at the gate entrance was a little rude checking in our carry-on but i dont think she worked for the airline, she worked for the airport at sacramento, other than that amazing.

it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks

Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.

They cancelled and moved my flight with no email or text or any other notice. I discovered this only when I attempted to check in for my flight. Actual flying experience was above average.

They were on time and everything went as expected. The only thing that could be better was they didn't wait for us to get through customs to pick up our luggage off the carousel. An employee picked it up and was shoving it together with others onto a cart. Later we found one of our luggage was slightly bent.

Delayed boarding. Delayed taking off. Delayed landing. Missed our connecting flight. Our seats on this plane were not assigned until last minute, splitting up our family with kids. I sat in the last row next to the bathroom with so many people rubbing up against me to get to the bathroom the entire flight.

Another delayed flight. Then got bumped to a later connecting flight, over two hours later! Plane was hot and uncomfortable.

Asked to cancel flight 6 days in advance of flight back to St. Louis, MO. Would not allow. No credit either.

Flight was from Detroit to Richmond, not from Atlanta. Only coffee, tea and water were served since it was a short flight. But I really could have used a coke!

Crew was nice especially by North American standards. Bad good. No entertainment screens. Terrible WiFi

It was meh as they lost one of my bags and t showed up a day later

Original flight delayed/cancelled. Re-routed on a 2-stop flight, which put me into my destination 7+ hours after initial arrival. Had to change a number of plans already scheduled for arrival day. Fortunately, was re-routed again after arrival at initial departure location, on a one-stop flight that put me into final destination only 3 hours behind schedule. Some plans were able to be salvaged after another round of calls, etc. Stressful, but worked out ok in the end.

Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices

Both flights are delayed so I rate the whole experience as mediocre.

Bad experience boarding and flight got delayed didn’t make it to my next flight

The food on the trip Toronto to Athens could be better: the chicken didn’t taste good.

Before final boarding, my husband and I — both seniors — were told that we could not bring our carry-on bags with us due to being in Zone 6. The staff took our bags with little explanation, stating it was policy. While we understand boarding procedures may vary by zone, the way we were spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. We felt disrespected and singled out, and the interaction left us deeply uncomfortable. As seniors, we expect to be treated with courtesy and dignity, especially during travel when accommodations and communication matter most. We hope you will look into this matter and ensure better training for staff in handling such situations with more empathy and professionalism.

Easy boarding and comfortable seating were plusses. Enjoyed the experience and good service from the captain and crew. Many thanks...!

Somehow, my booking was under my preferred name instead of my legal name so they almost didn’t let me board the plane at LAX. This problem should have been notified to me when I was still in Toronto.

Short flight so no food or entertainment. Good landing at SFO and on time. We were told no carryon luggage yet lots of people were puting bags in overhead compartments. The rules need to be made more clear. I was on the first leg of an international flight and this is the first time I could not have carryon luggage.

Poor air traffic controller staffing led to a 50%reduction on flights so we got to wait 4 hrs for our flight! Very disorganized at the gate Poor communication with customers

No Charging ports for personal electronics, which were required to use wifi entertainment.

They are a great airline, and i enjoying flying with them. However my experience with booking through Kayak was a horrible experience. With all the restrictions and glitches of website. My entire bookings by kayak was wrong. And there was no possible way of fixing anything with them, because they hand over responsibility to the airline after purchase is made. Will not be booking through Kayak again and will inform my family and friends not to as well.

Boarding in Orlando was not good. Giant mob at the gate, should have been lines.

The worst. They don’t follow procedure for boarding per group. Flight got delayed for no understandably reasons, they changed our destination from PR to Miami, left us inside a plane for more than 8 hours, then cancelled flight in Miami leaving us stranded. Poorly managed re-accommodation for a new flight and overnight stay so I have to spend in a new ticket and my own hotel room to been able to get to my office next day. Lost 2 days of work and as a doctor, patients loosing their appointments. to other flights and besides

Decent clean onboard experience. Okay discount airline experience. Unfortunately, any customer service interactions are difficult and unhelpful. There is no service. Also, a premium seat only gets you premium boarding if you line up first. Once they start general boarding you must go to the back of the line. Not very premium

baggage clamed had to wait over a hour and half for all people on my flight it was terrible

Cancelled flight after I arrived at airport after 75 min drive and parking. Next flight was 4 days in the future. Had to scramble and buy a much more expensive flight on another carrier.

I liked the turn-style feature at gate 209B at LAX. Very efficient process. The gate staff also made several, clearly directed announcements so I felt very informed.

The seats were awful, hard plastic covered in sheet vinyl. The airline tries to scam you into paying extra to get seat together when the flight wasn’t full. They were going to separate a family with young children but my wife who had a row to herself gave up her seat so the young mom could be with her young boys. I’m never giving this airline my money again.

It was a short flight so no food or entertainment….

Frontier had yet another flight cancellation. Have never made a complete round trip with this airline without at least one leg getting cancelled. Miserable flights - dirty, uncomfortable planes that apparently always have issues since I've had multiple delays and cancellations with them.

Flight was delayed 3 times, would have been nice to have received text message instead of email notifications. Frontier app wasn’t even updated accordingly, no gate number disclosed. No agent at front desk of gate to inform of delay. Very confused and left if the dark
