Airline reviews

We departed and landed on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, the crew were lovely. Online checkin worked well and the self service bag drop at the airport worked well. The a/c was an Airbus A330 and has been fitted with a good entertainment system with lots of choice in many languages. The price I paid for the flight was competitive with other airlines apart from the budget carriers, none of whom I was familiar with so I stuck to an airline I have used in previous visits to South America.

It was good, however the airplane was really cold. We received snacks and the crew was friendly.

Delta has an outstanding service. They are courteous and punctual most of the time. The flight departed a half hour late but we arrived 15 minutes early.

Change of gate in Santiago devolved into half plus hour delay and a really tight connection in Lima

Although the flight is goof and the crew is good, the way the airline charges you for every service is ridiculous.

They didi not provide wheelchair though we had requested. We had to run around for 40 minutes and arrange it from the airport!

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.

Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk

Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,

Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,

American Airlines initially postponed the flight. Then they cancelled it an rescheduled us on a flight that would take over 24 hours with multiple stops. They then changed this flight to a reasonable alternative the next day which they later cancelled and replaced with a flight that would take off with an additional 16 hour delay. They blamed weather but I noticed (at 4am) that Delta had direct flights from Charlotte to Detroit. I went on line. Booked it and was in Detroit buy 9am. The interesting thing is they did a similar thing to a family member just 2 days earlier. I don't think I will fly American unless I have to.

Everything was fine. Flight boarded and departed on time. Seating was spacious enough for my carryon to fit under the seat in front of me. No complaints at all. Flight even arrived early.

I liked everything. Except that my neck was hurting on the seat. I couldn't sleep.

They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.

Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at boarding. I finally had a mostly gluten free food options and a very attentive attendant.

Would have been good to have a meal since it was a 5.5 hour flight

Promised lounge access, gate agent didn't allow us entry.

It was okay. I opted to pay for an upgrade to an exit row, but this might’ve been the worst exit row experience I’ve ever had. - The fold out table was janky and didn’t fold out properly. - The seats felt squished together as I was the aisle seat in the group of three, but the guy in the middle felt like he was constantly leaning on me. - Everyone who walked by brushed up against me, or knocked my entertainment screen, to include the food and drink carts. Didn’t get one apology or excuse me. - The community flight tracker screen was right in front of me and was sooooooo bright I could barely catch any sleep on my 13hr flight from Seoul to DFW. Not the best experience at all…

Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected

As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.

All was good except for the seats, not very comfy.

Very nice. Cabin crew is very attentive and professional. So nice!

Not allowing food choice through app. Very hard to find,

Poor air traffic controller staffing led to a 50%reduction on flights so we got to wait 4 hrs for our flight! Very disorganized at the gate Poor communication with customers

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

No pillow, blanket, or complimentary food provided on 5 hour flight

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

Flight and flight crew were great. Better than most US airlines. Check-in was awful. They repeatedly wouldn't assign seats on the Air Canada flight or print boarding passes for all legs. This was really frustrating. Checked in the day before each direction but they put us on Standby while they juggled seats to upgrade others. This made it really difficult to get seats next to each other which is important when you have 10+ hour flights. Then they would only print boarding passes for their leg even though everything was booked through them. This made Customs in Canada difficult as they required boarding passes for the next flight each way to get through security. Couldn't get them on the phone and slowed everything down and security had to make exceptions for me to print boarding passes as security.

Not much....we did not get the complimentary beverages promised in our ticket. My partner and I did not have the window seats promised. We didnt get to sit together.....
