Cons: "Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in."

Cons: "Moved us from gate, which was super hot and not air conditioned first thing in the morning evidently. Also, not enough seats for everyone on the flight. Then we were squished onto a bus to go to the plane. Upon arriving in Naples we were once again squeezed into one bus- every passenger! Very tight. 2 buses would have been nice."

Thhe departure was later than scheduled, I did ask for assistance in Zurich airport and got none. Almost missed my connection flight due to poor health conditions and less than expected lay over time."

Pros: "The flight ,food entertainment was very good. But I don't understand the SWISS airline logic. When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

If I'm paying that much for a flight, I don't really appreciate having hordes of people lined up for the bathroom, bumping me constantly. I also don't very much like the door constantly opening and closing, due to noise and the obvious smell. Furthermore, I sat next to a family with 2 screaming babies. Overall, 8 hours of agony. Not a good experience at all."
Pros: "I had a super-short connection from Stockholm at Zurich (going to JFK), and I just assumed I'd have to be rebooted, but they held the plane for all of us! Entertainment was excellent, service was great - I really like the food, although I don't eat well on flights. Comfortable - I slept for a few hours. Really great experience (until I hit customs in JFK, but SwissAir has no influence on that :) )"

Pros: "We had two flights with Swiss and the first one left half an hour late, meaning we only had about 10 minutes to connect to the next one. Instead of sprinting through the airport, a man was waiting for us immediately outside the plane. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

Cons: "I am not unusually large but it is clear that the seats on your planes are completely inadequate for anyone other than a child. There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Cons: "There was no climate control. Our rows were freezing cold. People were wearing coats and blankets. Four or five rows up it was warm. My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

Cons: "The boarding process was not ideal. This was our first time in the Zurich airport and we were not aware of the passport check at the gate. There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."
Pros: "At list 2 attendants were extremely not polite . Air condition was turned on 2 minutes before landing . To collect food plates from passengers took more then 2 hours . When passengers asked attendants, to evaluate when it going to happen the answer was very rude ״ you should fly business in case you want it faster " . It was a night flight and it took 3 hours to turn off the lights . One of the girls attendants told me that I have too many hand handbags with me , only 1 piece allowed . I was with 3 pieces but we were 3 persons my wife and my Childe . I was trying to explain her, but she was unable to listen . It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity."

The Captain made a decision to deboard due to outside temperature with little air-conditioning...amd mid-deplaning...fueling was complete amd passengers were told to go back to seats. Flight Attendants were amazing throughout this incompetent ground crew ordeal.!!! Captain was Great as well...his effort kept all informed and sought the best possible outcome for his passengers!!!"

Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Cons: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

I had to lay down and when it didn't subside I had to find accommodation. I will never fly with westjet again. But thanks you know for the pretzels."

Cons: "It took several hours for the decision to be made to cancel our original flight from PV to Van, and when the final decision was made, the complete lack of sympathy or communication came as a shock. No one informed us why we were moving to another terminal or that our flight had actually been cancelled and we would be staying another night in Mexico for another two hours. Getting our hotel voucher and transportation to the venue took another several hours. (Sorry Westin, but you also receive poor marks on your food services. Your front desk people were great though!) The following morning we were not informed that there would be no food service on the flight, so my kids were starving by the time we touched down in Vancouver. The ordeal was exhausting and when we finally arrived in Vancouver we almost missed our connecting flight because of a huge error in off-loading our luggage. It shouldn’t take over an hour to receive your luggage. Again, the communications break down led to hightened anxiety and stress. The whole horrible journey home with WestJet made the loveliness of my actual holiday pale into the background. I was very disappointed in WestJet as I’ve had fabulous experiences in the past. If possible, I will avoid flying with them again any time soon."

Originally had me coming in to Vancouver at 9 am and leaving at 5:40pm. Not cool with a young child. Allmost missed the 1st flight getting it fixed, they also didn’t book my child in adjacent seats, despite pre-booking the seats on the flight days before."

I mean really folks, it can’t be that hard... especially since five of those passengers have the same surname! Finally, is a cup of coffee and cookie and a glass of water really sufficient for a 5hr 9min flight, which adds to well over six hours with boarding and alighting time included."
