Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.
I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
First of all the flight departing from Deer Lake was delayed for 4 hours due to a problem with the plane. Secondly, I am 6ft 2 inches tall, which is not that tall nowadays, but I had no leg room despite having nothing under the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me reclined his seat just a little bit I could not lower my tray all of the way; it rested on my knee not in a horizontal position. Thirdly, I am tired of Air Canada not reinforcing carry on baggage sizes. On the outgoing flight from Toronto to Deer Lake we had trouble finding space in the overhead bins. Some people were putting luggage in them that were definitely larger than carry on size. Airlines should have all carry on luggage checked (using those gadgets designed for that) before one enters security perhaps at the baggage checking counters. Having it there won’t delay boarding and will put the onus on people to follow the luggage size limits.
The only problem that I have is if you have questions about your flight ✈️ there's no one to communicate with when you call 📱.
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
Landing in Toronto, special access in Toronto not well co-ordinated !!
As seems to happen every flight from Toronto to Ottawa we were delayed twice. We try to avoid Toronto when possible.. Denver to Toronto was fine.
Terrible service. Staff kept our passports and were too slow to check us in, web check in was not working and as a result of slow as molasses service we missed our flight and had to be rebooked at 2 am, I was charged for an extra drink and told I’d be refunded. Never received the refund. Very uncomfortable seats, staff are rude and dismissive. Will not be flying with avianca again.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.
Staff is all professional and courteous. Boarding was unnecessarily chaotic and painfully slow; planes are basic - no food (not even peanuts), no regular usb chargers (only new usb-c), movie choice is tiny with nonstop adverts… but clean plane and very nice staff.
Excellent. We flew Saga class and loved the delicious meals and the comfy seats. The lounge at KEF was wonderful as well.
First, Icelandic airs process to check in luggage is Stockholm is poor. Station does not open until 2 hours before flight, an international flight, so if you have checked luggage you have a huge line to navigate before getting in the long line to get through security to your flight. Second lack of business class accoutrements. Sage/business class has dropped a travel bag instead going to ala carte requests for things like eye shades, hand lotion or whatever that awaits you in your seat on just about every other airline. Good luck asking a Steward to get you one until after your in flight and past meal service. No pre board beverage either. In flight wifi was hit and miss as it logs off frequently in mid use, after you have to take about four attempts each time to log back in. On the positive the meal service was much better than anticipated with a warm meal of chicken and good salad. Flight was 25 minutes late to take off for reasons never explained, which made a 100 minute layover much shorter complicated by the local staff in the airport at terminal C unaware of where the pass port control was to get to terminal D. Was told by two separate staff members that there was no passport control needed even though there is. Icelandic is a discount air service but it seems to be heading toward the now departed "Spirit Air" level vs a Jet Blue level.
I had an exit row and so was Comfortable on the long flight.
My only area of issue was the flight was rather warm and the knobs for cool air didn't allow much cool air to come through. Everything else was great.
Been travelling for 2mo. And when you meet flight Attendants that love their jobs you can just tell. And makes flying with them worth another flight in the future!!
The seats are very close to one another and it is a bit uncomfortable, especially since I was in a middle seat.
Most of your crew was very helpful just one young lady wasn’t, but all of the ones I dealt with were great. We had to buy food on a six hour flight and considering we had a three hour flight before this one I felt we would have a meal included. I ordered a sandwich and by the time I got it, it was quite soggy so couldn’t eat half of the sandwich. Other than the food, or lack of, the flights were great.
Late start due to so called cargo door, super expensive meals and baggage check( only airline where meals and baggage is charged on long international flights) slow baggage delivery at end a lot of employees at airport standing around talking to each other.
Checking a bag at KEF was time consuming due to long lines despite having a business class ticket
