Excellent service from counter in both Newark and Dublin. Cabin crew was very attentive and complimentary food and beverage was just great!
Flight attendants were excellent.
Crew was responsive and kind if something was requested but service without asking is no longer part of a transatlantic experience.
If you're on the Airbus transatlantic flight, the last section nis so noisy I'm surprised it's even a legal noise level. You can't even hear the entertainment it's so loud. Had to buy an upgraded economy just to be able to endure the long flight. It would be nice to see the cart come through again for coffee refill service.
Crew and food were excellent. Very happy to accommodate my husbands health issue.

Lost our luggage on our way home. Worst is that it has our toothbrushes and I can’t find new ones at 10:00 at night...
crew took forever to clear up the food that was nasty..took an hour and also took forever to make rounds with coffee and tea. did not time dimming of lights to time of destination to be able to adjust to time difference. lack of bathrooms, on 4 working for a huge coach area. pretty bad experience
This trip would have been another good experience for me flying with Iberia if it wasn't for the man that was sitting behind me. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York.
Very bad organization Changed seats for everybody and no priority to board
the employees at the airport were rude (flight attendants were great) & the airline changed our gate twice in the 20 minutes before the flight. everyone on the connection in from London had to run to the new gate, only to have to wait in line for a bus. completely ridiculous.
Got me where I needed to go, on time. Reasonably comfortable.
