Cons: We were fee'd to death. For example, this is the first time flying Air Transat where we had to pay extra for luggage and the cost was incredibly high! I feel ripped off.

Cons: To have known that you had to do security twice without leaving the boarding area.

Pros: The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!

Cons: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Pros: Brussels Airlines crew

Cons: The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Pros: Quick boarding, take off, landing

Cons: The announcements were a bit loud and startling

Pros: The crew was so accommodating! They took great care of us and provided us with a meal, drinks, and coffee in the morning. Such a great experience, will definitely fly with them again!

Pros: Exit row window seat with empty row beside me. Next to washroom. Got 2hours sleep. All I can ask for.

Cons: Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort.

Pros: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.

Cons: Had to wait 15 mins because our gate was in use. Seats are old and hard.

Cons: the flight attendant took boarding passes from my hand and did not return them back to me, upon entry. My mother had to take the boarding passes from flight attendant's hand.

Cons: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Pros: The crew on the actual flight was excellent.

Cons: The staff at the Toronto airport was rude The baggage policy was unclear and they had trouble answering our questions. We could have saved a good amount of money if the baggage policy was more clear and the staff could explain it. Using the term "Economy" for all flight categories is not helpful.
