Pros: "The crew was ok. They seemed really hectic between Heathrow to Rome."
Cons: "The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."

Cons: "I am disappointed that BA has moved over to a few for service refreshments policy. It appeared that nothing was being offered for free- not even tea or coffee which in my opinion is below par for an airline like BA."

For some reason the arm rests in the middle of the seats would not go fully back and I felt like the flight attendants were talking down to me. They also could have been having a bad day too with the flight. :/"

Cons: "No one could explain why the plane was delayed - we were told to just 'look at the monitor'. The BA staff seemed to have no idea what was happening till the boarding started & then our seats were changed without telling us though the flight crew managed to seat us together."
Cons: "I did not fly to London because Iberia somehow deleted my return flight home. This resulted in me flying home a different way that led to me landing the two hours later than I was originally going to."

Cons: "Landed in London late missed the connection flight. BA only had 1 flt a day going to Santorini....Next days flt completely booked...Had to fly from Lon to Madrid to Athens then to Santorini.....Took 38 hrs traveling time to get to our destination...Not a happy camper!!!!!"

Cons: "The seats are worn and uncomfortable. They will not check your bag through if you made your flight bookings separately. Had to leave the airport to pick up my bag, re-check it and come back through security. Would not have made it if the flight crew hadn't let me exit the airplane first!"

Cons: "We had to buy coffee, water, or anything other non-alcohol beverage we wanted to drink. Not sure why on one flight we didn't get free beverage service when all of the other BA flights provided it. When we got to London, we purchased drinks at the airport because we wanted to be prepared for our next flight and then we didn't need it because we had free beverage service."
Pros: "I loved the on-demand entertainment which starts as soon as you board the plane and continues all the way into landing / taxing to the gate."
Cons: "The system would not allow me to check-in / get my boarding passes 24 hrs prior to barding, which basically left me with a middle seat all the way to Seattle. I considered this a terrible process and didn't get a good explanation why I was blocked from doing my check-in online."

Cons: "We checked in exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes before scheduled departure time, as previously instructed when we attempted check-in some three-and-a-half hours before departure. Thus we were, I'm fairly certain, the second couple to check in for the entire flight. I asked the agent if the fare we paid allowed us a checked piece of luggage. She said that, yes, we were entitled to one checked piece per passenger at no charge. That being the case, I asked the agent to issue a refund for the two Checked Baggage fees my wife had paid online. She insisted there was nothing she could do about it and it was totally out of her hands. I explained to her my understanding that such refund must be requested PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, but she reiterated there was nothing she could do, and offered no solution whatsoever. In addition, the agent insisted that we were not allowed to carry-on a cabin bag in addition to a personal item. When I asserted my rights (See Note 1), she had the temerity to say "You should know British Airlines' policy if you buy a ticket." Trying another tack, I asked who DID get to use the overhead lockers, since they were only allowing under-seat sized Personal Items to be brought on-board. She replied that the "no cabin baggage" policy applied "after the first 30 passengers boarded the plane." (Please recall that we were the second couple ON THE ENTIRE PLANE to check-in, and thus should make that artificial "cut-off." (Also, as a Million Mile flyer with your partner, American Airlines, I believe we're entitled to Priority Boarding.) Concerned about the valuable items in the cabin bag she was effectively commandeering, I inquired about the airlines Limits of Liability in case of Loss or Damage. She said she had no idea. I then asked to see a copy of the airline's Conditions of Carriage. But she was either unable or unwilling to provide same. I arrived very, very early to ensure these sorts of problems could be ironed-out before departure, and am frankly appalled by the lack of knowledge, professionalism and judgement the airline exhibited in this instance. Also: On-board service was so incredibly slow, the last two rows were not served until 15 minutes prior to landing. ("There you go, sir. Bottoms up... and be quick about it! ;-) Bill B. Cons: "Boarded flight only to be unboarded at midnight: got to hotel 4am. Long delay in check in/appallingly disorganized. No communication from BA as to problem or when flight would go. Next day checked out of hotel and taken back to airport only to find flight not going as problem not fixed. Passengers taken back to hotel and checked in again! All this time, no official communication from BA. No attempt to reroute elderly passengers or those with small children. Very unimpressed"

Also the seats were not very comfortable there were plenty of open seats where they have the bed, they could have moved people there for example im military along with a few others, not saying that we need extra privileges but it would have been nice."
