Great stress free experience
It did not allow me to check in and left seats in advance or get a boarding pass. When specifically asked agent at gate for the row that had extra leg room, as my so. Is 6’4” she gives us a row where the seats do not even incline nor is there any extra room. Also the temp in Avon was high, making many passengers sweat Improve customer service !

Super delayed causing us to miss our connecting flights.
The plane was warm and the AC barely came out. Wi-Fi dropped out numerous times. Crew didn't seem as professional as other crew we've encountered and only did one pass thru to collect service items. Pleaded with passengers to bring trash to the front on exit and not leave it in/around seats. Only 1st Class and main cabin from row 23 up to 13 got beverage service. Rows 12 and forward were out of luck.
There is no food or alcohol allowed to be served on the flight.

They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight to PHX the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."
