Made up time on a late flight and made the connection
Good staff. Comfortable seats. Had to check my bag because the flight was too full.
Crew were bad Didn’t help with luggage When asked for a glass of wine, I was told that they will serve later , which they didn’t to Me and didn’t serve anyone else in First class . Didn’t offer any snacks , Chips or Nuts to anyone . Flight was not crowded either. Worst Service/ or No Service !
Luggage was severely damaged. Flight was late for several hours
The flight was extremely smooth, and so was the landing. Great piloting.
Late leaving so threatened our connection in Vegas to Seattle. We did make up time and made our connection.
I flew Hawaiian Airlines three times during my trip. Each time, when we went to baggage claim, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to receive our luggage.
Flight was delayed several times then eventually cancelled which caused issues with our hotel, car rental and tickets to planned event. We also spent unplanned expense with Lyft to and from the airport which was frustrating. Customer care was not present during whole time at the airport.
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
I’ve been flying Alaska Airlines for over 30 years & The boarding personnel letting us in the plane were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Seemed the plane was over booked & they took THEIR mishap out on my son in law… Treated HIM like absolute garbage to the point our family will not fly Alaska after our trips are complete this year. Sad. We loved Alaska until that experience. I hope others never see the same behavior
Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok
very average service no complimentary alcoholics drinks unlike other airlines such as Porter airlines No decent seats available during check-in time the day before
Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.
It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future

Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.
Given I (and I’m assuming most people) have both carry in and a personal item included in their fare, I find it very unfair that on neither of my flights I was able to use the overhead for my small backpack because they were completely rammed with luggage, people personal items, jackets, hats and other items. So the only item I brought in had to be stuffed under my seat while they had their leg room and sat comfortable with all of their items in the overhead. This has to stop because I was uncomfortable on both flights when I only had one smaller item that could not be checked due to its contents (medication etc). Plenty of people could have checked theirs but chose not to and then took up the space allotment for 2 people.
Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.
From pre boarding to flight attendant, crew and baggage handler, excellent. Didn’t lost my luggage like West jet.
