I went to return my car and they only take payment by a credit card. I came back to pay cash and they told me no we dong accept cash, so I went to pay debit and they told we dont take debit. You can only pay by a credit card. Im like I dont want to pay with that card. It does not say anywhere in the agreement that I have to pay with a credit card. Also when I was picking up the card there was a guy there that was so frustrated with them and spoke out that he will not be renting from them again. Nut sure what his problem was but he was not happy at all.

Horrible. I reserved a car on-line, provided my credit card number and discovered when I arrived to pick it up that they had no cars, nor could they get me a car from anywhere in the city. The guys working the desk had no ability to remedy the situation, and told me that there is no connection between their actual inventory and on-line bookings. They said that Enterprise was regularly maximizing bookings even though they knew they couldn't fulfill the orders.

Horrible. Clerk at the counter unknowledgeable wanting to charge additional driver fee for spouse. Contrary to own website info + Avis agent on the phone. Clerk at counter was argumentative and adamant that "policy" is different for Canada yet was unable to provide clear black and white evidence of such policy. Canadian Avis site is murky in description for additional driver. The contradiction between the Clerk at the counter and the agent on the phone, both working for Avis was enough for us to walk away and rent from another company.

The car was too big. I asked for a smaller one but didn’t get it. The car stalled twice during my two day rental. On drop off, I asked for a courtesy ride home…literally a 9 min drive and they said they couldn’t. The Europcar operates out of Routes. I won’t use them again.

TERRIBLE, I arrived to pick-up the car rental and they told me that it was cancelled days before. I never did cancelled. I paid two taxis for nothing and with the inconvenience of having NO car. My daughter and I exhausted after sooo many hours traveling in two planes from Europe to Ottawa.

Was given a vehicle far larger than what I requested (asked for Corolla sedan, got a Terrain SUV). Car was clean and staff helpful, but it doesn't even look like they have sedans in their fleet. I don't like that I could reserve a "Corolla or similar" when nothing like that is available.

It was hard to get a hold of them in the morning. I was on hold for 30+ minutes. I gave up as I was first in line according to the recording. I called back and no one called me back. At noon I left a message and none called me back. At 2 I called and finally spoke to someone. Once I spoke to someone it was excellent from there all the way through.
