Pros:The actual car was niceCons:The car reaked of the guys cologne, it was also dirty when he gave it to us. The guy was not very friendly and when he dropped us off back at the airport, I had asked him if he could drop us near the taxi section and he dropped us off in a dead zone of the airport really far from the taxis with all our luggage and skis...Reviewed 27 Mar. 2021

Great staffPros:I was very hesitant to book with Ace after reading the reviews but they were half the price of other rental cars so I figured I’d try it. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to wait a bit to get my car when I arrived in Vancouver but when I did it was a brand new Jeep which was a free upgrade from what I reserved. I had no problems on the drive from Vancouver to Calgary (and all the sightseeing trips in between). When I dropped off the car the staff even gave us a ride to the hotel, saving us cab or Uber fare. Pros:Ace stayed open late for us as we waited to receive our luggage. They didn't give us any grief and were very patient even though they had to stay open about and hour after they were supposed to close. The rest of the rental process was smooth.Cons:The rental car location is a bit out of the way from the airport and somewhat difficult to find.Reviewed 28 Mar. 2017

No transport to airportCons:When I called asking about transportation to and from the airport, the sales associate was happy to tell me that they would pick me up. When I asked about getting back to the airport, he said that they open at 7:00am. I'm glad I asked because I would have had to take a taxi back since we planned on returning the car at 4:30am. I successfully cancelled our reservation.Reviewed 25 Jan. 2017
