Pros:The pick up was close by but I didnt realize it would not be at the airport. The sign is super small and if your not looking for it you would miss the pick up spot. Our group waited over 30 minutes before they finally picked us up.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2020

Cons:This is an unethical company. They did not honor their written rental confirmation and left me stranded without a rental car at Midway Airport, and nearly every other car rental company was without vehicles. They provided no justification for failing to live up to their written commitment. Avoid this company!Reviewed 14 Oct. 2019

Pros:The driver from the rental shuttle stop to their off- offsite location was congenial.Cons:Tires on van were truly bald. Had it not been a cool weekend we woulda had a blow out. Not exaggerating—they had like 0-1 42nds left on them. Van was dirty, lots of stains on light gray fabric seats. Had no head rests in middle row, they’d been removed. We drove it all over middle of Illinois from Chicago and it was not comfortable or safe in the back for our kids without anything to rest head on/protect neck in middle row.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2019

Pros:Nothing. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the rental car agency.Cons:They could have the van I rented. Instead I had to then take a shuttle back to the terminal and go through the process of having to rent another van from another company. It was ridiculous.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2019

Cons:You have to take shuttle to the rental car mall, then call and wait 20 mind for another shuttle to get to AVR. And to return the car after 4pm you have to Uber from AVR to airport. Very inconvenient.Reviewed 7 Oct. 2019

Pros:Requires two shuttles to a back alley building with no other businesses around. Very secluded. Sketchy. They have NO shuttle after 6pm or before 8am but only disclosed that after I had paid. I had book an Uber at 4am in this secluded dark place after dropping the car off with the keys in a lock box.Cons:I will not use this again.Reviewed 25 Jul. 2019

Pros:Staff was good and accommodating. Shuttle was waiting for us at the rent a car center to take us to pick up the van.Cons:The fact that there is no accommodations to get or from AVR before or after normal hours of operations is a large detractor. AVR is located in an industrial area. No numbers of contacting a cab/Lyft/Uber were posted or provided. Even though AVR informs you ahead of time it is not of much help.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2019

Pros:This was a bait and switch. I liked nothing about it. I'm surprised and disappointed that Kayak even lists this company as a rental option. I'm hesitant to use Kayak in the future because of this experience.Cons:This was a bait and switch. I liked nothing about it. I reserved an SUV and they didn't have any ready for my arrival (and I wasn't early). We had to rent a mini van that had numerous issues (cracked bumper, missing panels, scratches, broken hubcaps) and wasn't comfortable on long drives.Reviewed 20 Jun. 2019
