I called and confirmed that there would be a car for me. Keisha said yes there was a Nissan SUV for me, so I rode to the airport to pick it up. When I got there, the people at the counter said there was not a car for me.l and that they do not take same day reservations. I told them I spoke to Keisha and she said there was a car here for me. They said “customer service doesn’t know what inventory we have. We don’t have any cars, and no one else does.” Why would Alamo let me make a reservation if they didn’t have any cars or accept same day reservations? So frustrating. Karen at the customer service desk was a true GEM & PLEASURE assisting me. She gave me information on what cars would be best on gas mileage. Based on my travel plans. When I first arrived at the desk. She greeted me with a smile, and some of the best customer service. I have encountered in a very long time. Even while choosing a vehicle the total staff. Went over and above & out their way. To ensure I was taken care of, and satisfied with my experience. Not to mentionthe drop off of the car was just as easy and great.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2023

The car I reserved was not available as they were sold out and I had to find a last minute rental at another agency. I was told by Alamo that they do not have cars booked on third party sites less than 48 hours in advance.Reviewed 9 Nov. 2023

We had a late arrival into ATL, and when we arrived at the car rental facility, the Alamo counter was closed. They had kiosks available but they ended up not working. There were signs at the counter saying to go to their nearest partner for assistance, but it was not clear. Finally, we ended up at the Enterprise counter and were helped from there. Once we got assistance, everything was fine - service at the counter was great, same with drop off but it was confusing upon arrival and took a lot longer than needed.Reviewed 21 Sep. 2023

We initially had trouble getting the right sized vehicle (6 people with luggage for a week+), but the staff worked with us and got us the right vehicle. They didn't stop until we had what we needed. Price was better than any other company too, not a steal, but better.Reviewed 6 Jul. 2021

Pros:Extra attentive at Atlanta airport, where line was long. We found out we could use the Self Check-in and attendant showed us how to use it.Cons:Price was very competitive, we plan to use Alamo again.Reviewed 25 May 2021
