Very unorganized. Car was given to me with half a tank and when I returned it with half a tank they said it should have been full and charged me. Paperwork wasn’t done correctly and they couldn’t even give me a receipt at the drop off.Reviewed 17 May 2023

My wife and I had to wait outside in the cold for 1 hour in line to get my car. They did not have cars for people but they did have ours once we were able to get to the counter. Once we got the car, it smelled like someone had just been smoking marijuana in the car. The car was not completely filled with gas. When I returned the car, I was charged more than I was originally quoted. Budget charged me for rental insurance which I had declined. Budget did send me a copy of the receipt where they showed that I initialed for the coverage. It is my fault as after an hour of waiting outside in the cold, I just initialed where the agent told me too. That was my fault but Budget pulled a fast one on me to get that additional money. I tried to get them to refund me for that and they wouldn't. Budget will not get me ever again... as I will NEVER rent from them again. The customer experience was HORRIBLE!!Reviewed 30 Jan. 2023

Reservation made but no cars available. Every other rental car company has 2-3 person lines if any at all, while budget was 20+ and I had to wait just for them to heard us outside and tell us there are no cars available. I leased a one day car and we had to wait two hours to locate a car. I understand that your supply is short and I hate that you have been blamed for the long waits and lack of cars which I personally can’t blame you for. My thanks to the ladies on the front desk in Atlanta, they were very courteous in the face of these obstacles. They need some form of recognition for their service.
