Pros: Horrible experience I paid with my debit card for my rental online for the entire purchase. When I get to the facility to pick up my car they tell me that I need to charge my credit card for the rental even though I already paid for it with my debit card. I told them that they can put my credit card on file but they are not about to charge my credit card when they tell me that the billing company is a separate company so they won’t be able to refund me what was charged on my debit card. Still waiting for refund of 163 dollars for a car I was never given.
Pros: No upsell pressure
Pros: The staff was very friendly and both the check-in and checkout process were fast. We also really liked our car.
Cons: I honestly felt like they just kept tacking on additional fees for no reason. We were told we'd pay $150 when we booked online. We ended up paying closer to $200.

Cons: Would not allow me to opt out of their insurance, was told it is a state law and charged $111, found out this is not true.
Pros: Car was over an hour late from my scheduled pickup time. I ordered a Mercedes or similar, neither of which were even available, and I ended up with a GMC mom vehicle. Sixt does not tell you that you need to purchase their insurance. Price went from $150 at booking to $325 at checkout. Never again.
Cons: Windows were not clean. Could have presented a safety issue.
Pros: Leslie C. Was a great help. He helped us get situated with the vehicle, and he provided traffic updates before we left the terminal. Plus, he met us at drop off too. He was a very nice person; felt like an old friend.
Cons: The desk experience was not great, just ok. The price was higher than the national brands.
Pros: I didn't like anything really. I filed a complaint a few days ago and have not heard anything back.
Cons: Getting the type of car I reserved. Did not like hard sell of counter person for extra insurance.
Pros: The staff is not that friendly. Don't know if it is a Atlanta cultural issue or if it is directly related to being a Sixt employee. Did not feel welcomed. Had to 'start' the conversation with every employee I interacted with except one.
Cons: Need some serious Customer skills training at this rental location. This is my first rental with Sixt and likely my last. I don't like feeling like I am interrupting their day.
Pros: Drop off at Seattle was well signed from the road. Very efficient.
