I returned the car with a full tank of gas but I was still charged $63 for gas. I called Alamo and they issued me a refund, which I very much appreciate. But I should not have been charged for the gas. Hopefully this will not happen again.Reviewed 16 Oct. 2022

I didn't like the toyota at all, You had to fall into the front seats and could not adjust them. Very unconfortable. We needed to get from Pittsburgh up to Sharon ( appx 60 minutes) that the seats were horrible. Dash said car needed service and to contact dealer, which we advised the check out guy, but said it was no big deal. The car was clean and smelled fresh.Reviewed 7 Oct. 2021

Pickup at Pittsburgh Airport was not good. They did not way for late flights coming in and when I got to the counter to pickup the car there was no staff. We were forced to stay in a hotel at the airport. I even called to confirm and to let them know my flight was coming in 45 mins late. They did not wait. overall a pretty bad experience. That being said I spoke with Asst. Branch Manager Grant Pastor the next morning and he was very empathic and helpful. I appreciated working with him and he made it right and went above & beyond.
