I prepaid for my reservation for an important trip and they charged my credit card with full amount in advance. I showed up to Hertz location but desk agent said she rented my car off to someone else. What a joke! She was also very unprofessional and called me “disgusting”. We had car issues, an indicator came on that the engine power was being throttled. The car would stall at stops - we'd have to put it in park to start the engine again. We tried to call Hertz many times but could never get through to them so we drove 8+ hours with car issuesReviewed 2 Nov. 2022

Going through Kayak and price line was horable. Flew into Pitsburg and Hertz said I had to take a cab 40 minutes away to get my car. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Price line and Hertz. Finally Hertz said they would cancle my reservation with no cancelation fee and make me a new reservation at the airport at over twice what my original reaervation was for. Got a refund for the whole amount. Two days later they charged me $200.00 cancelation fee. Never doing business with either company ever again.Reviewed 2 Aug. 2022

What could of been better, the lady at the counter had a really bad attitude. I started to feel like she was racist, and was picking at me because I’m Black. I watched a caucasian couple next to me rent their vehicle with no problems. I feel like the lady that helped me need more training in diversity, and a attitude adjustment.Reviewed 31 May 2022

Major issue when I picked up the SUV, they had computer issues with just my reservation. too about 45 minutes. SUV windows outside were very badly water spotted.Reviewed 20 May 2022
