Pros:Staff was wonderful!Cons:I called an hour prior to pickup to confirm my reservation yet when I arrived to pick it up there were no pickups available. We waited 2 hours and one drove in, we accepted it on the spot. It was our lucky day! The counter staff was very nice.Reviewed 11 Jun 2020

Pros:NothingCons:I waited in line at the airport with others that also had made a reservation. One of the employees loudly let us know that they had run out of cars and that was it. End of discussion. How does this happen when you take the time to make a reservation? I ended up having to Uber late at night and then Uber the next day to an Enterprise location in Savannah. Terrible experience after a late night flight!Reviewed 10 Jun 2020
