Staff was polite, everything was easy, no surprises.Cons:
The vehicle itself kept flashing "change oil" and "low tire pressure" warnings ... none of the tires seemed flat, so we didn't try to pump them, and of course, we didn't mess with the oil. Other than that, everything worked without issue.Budget

Budget desk is in the Charles river hotel which is not difficult to find as long as you ask the hotel employee. However when we returned the car, the lady had a terrible attitude. There's a long line and it's almost closed which is not our fault but she still yelled at us6.0 Okay

When I needed to drive home, the check engine light came on and it did not work. It took a long time to get somebody. After a couple hours the car started to work. The office to drop office the car was closed so I had to drive to a different office to drop off the car.10.0 Wonderful
