Despite having a reservation, they didn't have our car, and we had to wait over an hour to get a car - it was the worst Enterprise experience we've ever had. Thankfully they worked with us in Burlington to get a different car, which was appreciated, and they offered a small discount. But overall super poorly managed situation.
