We had to wait several minutes for Guillermo to find us a car. In the meantime, at least 10 other people in line behind us, got their cars from other agents and left. When Guillermo finally found us a car, it turned out to be the wrong size. We requested and paid for a full-size vehicle, and we got an intermediate sized vehicle that squashed people together and was difficult to store all the luggage. The return check-in went smoothly, but the pick up was horrible, in the car we got was not what we ordered. So overall, this was not a good experience.Reviewed 25 Sep. 2023

Horrible dropoff experience in Philly. No signage explaining what to do. Pulled into lanes that looked like a place for cars to be left. There were a few people outside that saw me arrive but did nothing to help and quickly disappeared. Went inside to the counter and waiting in line for a while... only to finally get to the front and be told "oh you just have to leave the keys in the car and you can go." Abysmal pickup process at Logan. Did not know about fastbreak option. There were QR codes posted while in line to ‘save time’ at the counter. That was useless. Waited in line well over an hour and almost half an hour at the counter. This is all after midnight. There were dozens of people behind me. They are probably still there.Reviewed 18 Jun. 2023
