Customer ServicePros:Due to a delay in our luggage arriving, we couldn't pick up the reservation as scheduled. The next day we found out the car we booked was no longer available, but fortunately the local team was able to locate it at another location, and drove us there to get it.Reviewed 28 Aug. 2018
