I waited in line at the budget counter for 2 hours and 5 minutes just to get my car. There was only one agent at the counter for most of the time, a second agent helped out for a few minutes I missed my appointment due to the unorganized nature of the budget counter and will NEVER RENT FROM BUDGET AGAIN. Girl who rented me the car was not very friendly or helpful with my questions. My impression of her was she was not happy to be there and listen to anyone. I rented from Newark Airport office a little after 5am Wednesday 09.18.24. The car was not what I wanted to rent and the first one had a check engine light on and needed to get a replacement.Reviewed 22 Sep 2024

Line was so long (about an hour), car wreaked like smoke. It also has a cracked windshield, a dent, and multiple marks on the exterior. Only good thing was the Avis girl who helped us at the counter.Reviewed 8 Aug 2024
