Cons:My car broke down in Wilmington, Delaware and I had to wait over an hour for a tow truck. The agent on the phone couldn't find any location for me to get a replacement. Cons:I made a reservation for a particular model of car. Once I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. Not only I receive no compensation for this, but I had to pay more money in order to get an upgrade which I was not interested in but was the only thing available.
