(a) Girl was not at station to issue car for 10-12 min (b) Super Rude, arrogant girl at counter who seemed unhappy to have customers (b) Lied about return policy of car being minimum 90% charged (d) Charged twice 200 $ security deposit (e) Thrifty did not gave charging cable and charger , while no where in booking it was mentioned that they do not give with car ( unlike Europe ) or select these as additional rent options as they do with other accessories like child seat / snow chains/ gps etc. I had a super horrible time looking for chargers, waiting at charging stations, limiting my travel plans and their was a 24/7 stress to keep managing and planning charging and travel (f) i am already in touch with my lawyers to look upon the above aspect as i feel i have been cheatedReviewed 31 Dec 2024

Your credit card requirements are ridiculous. If you want this stupid system, have a way to check the credit card before the customer shows up. Requiring credit cards that have chips with the person's name who booked the car is strange. It cost us money, time and anxiety. Will ensure to not book work you or Hertz again.Reviewed 14 Sep 2024

Pros:The line to pick up was very long. Then the only card I had was my debit cards. Even though I had a photo of my Mastercard they said they could not use it so I did not get to rent a car. Budget will take debit cards so I thought I would use Budget again, They were booked, which is why my son rented a car for me at Thrifty online using his card.
