Absolutely nothing!!!! My flight from Cincinnati to Newark was cancelled on Monday and despite me phoning and alerting the 800 number of this when I arrived on Tuesday evening there was a massive long line for over an hour and they didn't honour the "DELAYED" contract and it was cancelled and I had to start all over again as a "WALK UP" and ended up paying TRIPLE the price - NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!Reviewed 28 Aug. 2022

Payless sign was tiny under a huge budget sign on a portable trailer in parking lot. Was impossible to see. I had to go to Alamo to pick up car as directed by Payless agent. I had Alamo paperwork. When I returned car to Alamo, they almost turned me away and said I had to go to Payless even though all the paperwork now said Alamo and that was location I picked car up from. How was a customer supposed to know that? Newark airport is a pit of sadness and the rental companies are just as bad there.Reviewed 22 May 2022
