Pros:My rental agent was wonderful.Cons:I’m hoping I didn’t screw up with that easy pass. I’m not sure it was open for a bridge crossing and I’m not very familiar with the whole toll and easy pass since the cashless toll system has been implemented. I could have used more info on using the easy pass. Will I get penalized?Reviewed 28 Apr. 2021

Pros:I did not like anything. Bad service.Cons:They lost the keys and the car then the wait to be seen meanwhile they are all here the attitude it’s just not a good experience at all. The person that lets you out is never there and you have to wait on them or go looking for someone it is ridiculous .Reviewed 8 Jul. 2020

Pros:Took over half hour at counter as agent was incompetent. I was next in line . Agent at counter twice tried to give me a giant SUV instead of the compact I ordered.
