Car was great and clean! I had to use a rental because my flight from Newark to Montreal was canceled unfortunately I could not drop off the vehicle in an Enterprise in Canada so I had to drop off my family in Montreal and drive the car back to Plattsburgh and have my family pick me up with our car. I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees.
