I booked through a third party. My car was supposed to be in terminal. It was not. I would’ve had to take a bus or taxi to pick up. Budget does not have shuttle service to off terminal rentals. I ended up paying $100 extra. Service was good and I was upgraded to a better vehicle. Budget was good. Third party booking was not so good.Reviewed 21 Oct 2022

How could I rent a service that I didn’t have access to? I mean I could have robbed a car since the employee wasn’t even paying attention of what I was doing (btw the tour I did with the Audi while your employee was telling me: « just pick a car and go to the office they will help you » was very fun). 1. Impossible to understand where is the entrance 2. It looks like an abandoned parking 3. They close without informing you and let you come with a booking to tell you « sorry we cannot give you a car ou manager left » 4. Their employees lie, they told me they couldn’t give me a car because the manager has the key to open the parking door, 10min later I see them opening it. 4. Rude staff, also they charge extra 12$ for parking which doesn't make sense since you are not using their parking, just picking up the car and dropping it off. They could be more imaginative if they want to add hidden fees.Reviewed 12 Sep 2022

Pros:Staff were friendly. One-way travel and central location (not airport) were great.Cons:Car wasn't clean (food and spilled drink under seat), body had a number of dents, scratches that weren't documented. I booked an economy car and was given a choice between two fuel-inefficient cars for a long drive. Expensive because of one-way travel.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:Customer service was excellent at pick up and drop off. Employee at time of drop off came to car to see my complaint.Cons:The cleaning of car interior (especially during COVID19) I jumped in car and drove to my home......then I noticed the trunk(hatch) inside was covered in debris: leaves and twigs. The passenger side had white rocks in the handle. I called to make a complaint however I was redirected and then I was given the 'longer than usual waiting time' garble.Reviewed 5 Aug 2020
