Pros: Employees were knowledgeable, kind and accommodating

Quick and easy car rental
Pros: Drivers license and a credit card and you'll be on your way in no time. Friendly staff. Got a car with only a few thousand miles on it. Brand new and fun to drive.

Cons: I made a reservation but they didn't have my car. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get one.

the car had hail damage and the bumper was hit
Pros: no much but the rate.
Cons: Car was damaged, check out of the rental car took like 30 minutes what a joke. the car had complete hail damage and the back bumper was damaged before renting. To pay $50 a day for a rental car this is a complete joke and what a piece of garbage. I should of been refunded a portion of my charges to have to pay that much for a damaged vehicle. I never had anything like this from enterprise and I rent all the time.
