Everyone was very helpful in the process, no wait for my car besides getting all my info which is reasonable, everything was explained to me and clear. Only thing I would say is it was difficult to find where to pick up the car, little confusing but once I found it everything went smoothly. Return was even easier, took 2 minutes! We rented two medium sized SUV's. One of the vehicles, the Chevy Equinox had definitely been smoked in a lot - the smell was really strong. However, was easy pick up and easy drop off so no issues there.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2022

The pickup at Albany International was excellent. The drop-off at Laguardia was very difficult to find. The instructions to '"follow the rental drop-off signs in Laguardia", did not help. Only a GPS enabled us to find the garage. Otherwise the experience was excellent.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2022

Told me they were charging me $15 a day for tolls if I had my transponder turned on. I was only using car to go to my location and back to airport. Only two tolls, I believe each way. The guy at Hertz checked me in and he quoted me something like $6 per day and when I said the Dollar guy told me $15, he corrected and said, "Oh, yeah, they charge that." I broke my foot and we had to cancel our trip. The condo and airlines gave us vouchers for later travel but we did not get a voucher for our car rental and we’re disappointed about that. It is not too late! You can still give us a voucher for later travel. The airlines extended our travel to December 31st of 2022. Thanks for your attention to this situation.
