Pros:The staff at the Dallas Love desk was very helpful after our flight was re-routed because of the ice storm.Cons:The Dollar rental customer support was unhelpful. We ended up spending over 4 times the planned amount because no one could “help” us. This was not a planned vacation that we had saved for, but rather an unplanned expense, we were going down to bring an ill family member home after they had a stroke on vacation. We were already on a tight budget and the car rental experience made at least part of the trip a nightmare. We were told the original deposit would be refunded but that has not happened so instead of spending under $200, we have spent over $400 and have two separate security holds of $200 each (we had to do 2 separate rentals, one day each in order to keep the bill under $500 not including holds)Reviewed 21 Feb 2021

Pros:The address on the paperwork for the drop-off in Dallas was wrong. When we got there, there was a sign saying "no rental drop-off". Then a bit further away was a smaller sign hung on a fence with the address of the Hertz drop-off. This caused a delay in dropping off the car, good thing we were not in a hurryReviewed 28 Jan 2021
