Was not able to pick up a rental car after getting into Austin because my flight was delayed. No arrangement was made. Had to spend money on two different Lyft rides in order to be able to pick up the car the next day. Very disappointed. Really left me in a lurch. What is the point of having a rental car if you need to use Lyft anyway? Overall, terrible experience. I will probably not use dollar again for business or personal tripsReviewed 19 Sep 2024

Never was able to acquire rental car in the chaos of the eclipse. I booked several weeks in advance. They dont offer afterhours pickup. And we're closed on Sunday. Turo is gonna beat all the rental car businesses.Reviewed 13 Apr 2024

Location was fine but told us to use app to change drop off location. App did not allow that. 15 min on hold to be told we could not bc of the specific car we took.
