At drop off, they failed to scan in the vehicle correctly. I received notification that they were charging me for extra days. It took over 45 minutes to straighten out over the phone with a customer service agent .Reviewed 24 May 2023

Was unable to rent a car for the days I needed (due to travel cancellations so not Avis fault). However, paying $50 for a reservation I cancelled minutes after making it was unfortunate. Any communication that no human being from Avis would be available at 2:30 am (due to Allegiant Airlines delays) would have been a big first step in customer service!
