Some issues with not being able to call in beforehand to confirm details of the reservation. Also with not being able to check in and go directly to my car when I arrived, like it said I would. Also with both the phone system and website saying the location I was picking up from was closed when my flight touched down, which was luckily not true (flight arrived after midnight). Also the car’s language had been set to something not English. Also the electric car’s battery was down to 10%, so I had to find a manager and be given another one. Got home around 3 am, instead of 1:30. But in the end, it was overall a good experience. The car I eventually got was good, the manger lady who helped me sort things out once I brought it to her attention was good, and drop off was easy.Reviewed 3 May 2024

The wait at the airport could have been better. The desk attendants were waiting for clean cars to be available to the customers, even those who had prior reservations for the time of pick up.
