Upon arriving the customer service rep in Austin airport told me it will be an additional $40 because the drop off location on the reservation (off airport San Antonio) is closed. He told me to step away while he takes other customers and I think about it. He will not give me the car without paying the extra. I asked for a manager who agreed to give me the car and I would return it at the airport instead and get charged the extra $ but dispute it later. I wasted over and hour and a half dealing with this, after I flew overnight 12+ hours. Turns out the location on my initial reservation has a garage and easy self checkout 24/7. Very frustrating that the employees have no clue about other offices and/or access to more info as employees of the same company.Reviewed 11 Feb. 2023
