Cons:No one was manning the exit area to leave. Same for car return. The button on key fob for the trunk did not work.Reviewed 3 May 2020

Pros:very slow due to understaffing. Took 10-12 minutes to process each customer and there was only one sales person.Cons:Car provided was a VW. Very poor driver ergonomics for a rental car. Door lock mechanism which also served as gas door opener was damaged and missing. Could NOT refill gasoline for car. Will REFUSE to rent another VW again.Reviewed 1 Dec. 2019

Pros:Drop off was easy. Staff very friendly. Overall I had a great experience.Cons:I believe that i dropped my drivers license in the car that i was driving and have been trying to talk to someone to see if it is in the lost and found and have found that your customer service in that department is inadequate.Reviewed 25 Jan. 2019

Indianapolis AirportPros:The first agent we dealt with was very nice and tried to help us when we unexcptably found out about a $350 charge that would occur.Cons:The manager was rude and didn’t want to help out at all. Was like here is where it says you could get charged up to $350. kept saying it was a deposit but it was an authorization fee given by the credit card company. He didn’t want to help us at all and seemed put out when we asked about it. Then when we were leaving with the car the agent at the checkout booth lied to us about gas prices just to get us to buy gas from them. I understand meeting a quota but there was no need to lie about gas prices. She informed us that gas around this area is all over $3 and they had the lowest priced gas at $2.62. We declined saying we wouldn’t driving that much and we found gas for $2.45 less than 5 miles away where we were staying.Reviewed 5 Nov. 2018
