Horrible. Horrible. Reserved car for pick up at 6:00 pm. Flight was a little late and when we arrived at the counter a little before 7, it was closed. They had closed at 6 even though we were able to book a pickup at that time. Other rental car company employees said it is a common problem with Sixt. There was no message sent to us, no way to contact them by phone. Tried everything we could think of for an hour and finally had to rent a car from another company. Horrible.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2022

Without warning or any communication my card was charged almost $300 after drop off, and I know the car was in perfect condition. Currently disputing this charge and it’s a nightmare. Horrible and will never rent a car from SIXT againReviewed 31 Oct. 2021

HORRIBLE!! Don't use Sixt. Worst car rental experience I've had to date. My daughter and I arrived at the rental pick-up late at night and the rental desk was completely empty. We walked to another kiosk and the person there expressed that Sixt was always bailing on their customers and that they were often hearing people complain. We walked out to the garage, no rep there either. I called customer service; first time I was hung up on, the other 5 times I called, no one answered. I ended up having to pay $600 to rent a pickup truck with Alamo rentals.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2021

Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful at pick up. The vehicle was clean and ran very well.Cons:There was no one at the drop off point at the airport at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday. There was no communication given to us as what we should do with the vehicle. We found a Dropbox and put the keys in but that was it! Pros:No staff at the counter when we arrived, a card said to use the kiosk and no kiosk to be seen. When we brought the car back there was no staff around and this was at 4:30 PM.Cons:Get anybody to be at your place of business or close down. And by the way we noticed that there was a big plug in the right rear tire. That is very dangerous in my opinion, and no spare along with no staff.Reviewed 12 Apr. 2021
