Pros:The registration people were nice, but they had a new computer system and it took about 45 minutes to get our documents.Cons:They didn't have the vehicle I had requested and upgraded me to a truck, which was enormous to park and had no place to lock our luggage. Pros:Counter person was very good/excellent. Friendly, efficient, professional.and well organized. A pleasure. Parking lot attendant weary and indifferent. Seemed inconvenienced to review small dent and scrape. Good car.Cons:Weather could have been cooler. Otherwise very good experience. Nissan Sentra had very slight irregularity with transmission. Was finally offered an upgrade; however smelled of smokers from a past rental. Not a great experiencePros:Price, relatively clean.Cons:I booked my rental online, ahead of time. Much of the information didn't translate to his computer. They didn't have the class of car I booked, and instead gave me a huge, slow, gas-guzzler. Even though I booked ahead of time, the process took about a half hour AT THE COUNTER.
