Pros: Pick experience was wonderful
Cons: Glass in vehicle was dirty and with many streaks could not see at night. Needs to be cleaned with windex inside and outside. vehicle had a weird smell kinda smoky.
Pros: The agent at the counter understood my travel situation and allowed me to upgrade my car.

Pros: Drop off was very easy. Price was competitive.
Cons: Check in associates told me I would have to wait “a little bit” to get the vehicle I requested. After a 45 minute wait I finally got a vehicle (van after requesting a compact) but was told to get a compact I would have to wait up to another hour. Representative was rude and disrespectful

Cons: Outside dirty, dents and scrapes. Windshield so dirty inside and outside couldn’t see to drive

Pros: Drop off was painless. Car was what we needed but not impressed that the tank was only 3/4 full but paperwork showed full. Nobody in lot to raise to and couldn't waste any more lost time going to rejoin the line inside.
Cons: Pick-up was a disaster. They didnt have the car we had booked available for over an hour after our scheduled pickup. There was a massive line. They were rude and combative. Not a single apology or proactive update was provided. Paperwork showed a full tank but we soon saw we only had 3/4
Cons: Reserved a compact (Focus/Versa) and they gave me a Fiesta, which is much smaller. They said they didn’t have Focuses so they just “decided” that smaller cars were actually in my category. Then tried to get me to pay more to “upgrade”. Finally got a Versa only when I found it on the lot myself.
Cons: Understaffed. Two people at crowded counter and one left to interview someone. Remaining employee had to handle counter and phone calls and we sat for a half hour waiting for car keys
Pros: Convenience to vacation destination.
Cons: A fee was charged for second driver at time of pick up, did not see any mention of that when booking online.
Pros: There was nothing positive to say about our experience.
Cons: No car avail for more than an hour. Finally got car and walkaee in 93 heat with bags and two kids and car was dead. Took another 1/2 hour to get another car. Rude, rude, RUDE service by Derek and Tom. Was told verbatim by Derek, “That’s what happens when you go with the cheapest option.”
