24hrs before our vehicle pick up the booking was cancelled. Left us to figure out a last minute plan to get to a wedding 4hr drive away. We were lucky to find last minute bus tickets that took us 8hrs to get to our destination. Never booking through kayak again.

The staff seemed to be doing their best in a difficult situation handling a lot of customers. We had a reservation to pick up a car. There were other patient people waiting. It seemed chaotic, like there should have been numbers given to us to give us a clue. We waited for our turn. I paid an upgrade to drive a Volkswagen Jetta. They said a Toyota Corolla was in the same class and that’s what they had. I see now that I paid a lot for the “convenience” of picking the car up in town in addition to Kayak’s fee. That was my mistake.

The parking lot I went to get the car had human fecal matter right behind the car I was picking up and it was the mar disgusting thing I had witnessed and smelled in a long time

Minivan

I rented a minivan. I called the agency to check the car insurance prices that I didn't hire on the application and they told me that the agency didn't have a minivan and couldn't have one. So if I hadn't called for some other reason, I would have arrived and they would have made a mess of all my travel plans. Bad service from Hertz for offering it and from Kayak and QEEQ for trusting what Hertz offers. I cancelled the rental and had to pay more at another agency. All bad!

Intermediate SUV

The service was lovely but there were two issues: I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be ready. Not a big deal to me but may be to other customers. More significant: I paid for a mid-size SUV, such as a Toyota RAV4 or Mitsuibishi Outlander. The car that I was given was a Mitsuibuishi RVR, which is one class smaller and is considered a compact SUV. If this location only has RVRs, then it should be sold as a compact SUV, not as a mid-size SUV.

Super easy pick up /drop off. Amazing rates friendly staff. No hassle or issues with the entire experience besides navigating the parking lot which was just a me issue. Will definitely be using them again !
