I had a road accident that collided with an animal in highway, causing damage to the car(dented hood). I didn’t buy insurance prior to and during picking up the car. However Policy of the insurance isn’t clear in terms of making up for the loss and repair. It turns out to be not optimal for a situation like this to go as long as it did to let me know how much I am going to pay as I am a traveler and leaving soon. But I don’t want to leave without fixing the problem.

It was great! We only needed a rental for one day while our own car was in the shop. Picking up the rental was efficient and there were no hidden fees or pressure to upgrade. I paid what I expected.
