I wanted a compact car, but the key to it was misplaced so I was given a “free upgrade” to an SUV. It was a definite upgrade in car, but as the city I was driving in had narrow streets and park places, I was wishing I had the compact instead. Really think twice about accepting an alternate class of car and if it will suit your needs as well.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
They did not have my car although I specifically called to make sure the car was going to be there. I was on the phone with the reservations central for about an hour and they refused to talk to the office people. They sent me to Hertz (next door) for double the price, who has the same owner. SCAM !Cons:

Cons:
I rented the car under my name, because I was paying with a card under my name as well. My wife was suppoused to drived because my license was expires. They did not let us pick up the car because according to their policies the card holder is enforced to drive, and they did not even let us put her as an extra driver. They were not flexible at all and the set my a penalty of 60 USD2.0 Poor

Insurance... I could not purchase through Kayak using a non-Canadian credit card, but only found out I was not covered during the rental period. This is important, and Kayak should be upfront to make sure whether or not the insurance was valid or not, even if it was done through Allianz.10.0 Wonderful
