Build in plenty of time to get to the pickup location as it’s two shuttles away from the airport. Once you arrive, you better hope you aren’t more than two hours beyond your estimated pickup time or they will have given your car away. Extremely frustrating—I’ve never dealt with a rental company with these policies, and looking at other reviews I’m not the only one!Reviewed 9 Aug. 2023

It was so long to get to. Take the shuttle to the car rental place and then they pick you up from there to go to the economy car rental. It was long to get there and on the way back we opted to just Uber instead of let them take us back to the car rental area to then have to go take another shuttle to the airport.Reviewed 29 Jul. 2023

There is so much I was disappointed about. 1. I thought the office was at Airport 2. Didn't know there was a shuttle from airport so I paid for a taxi 3. I got to the rental agency and they said my reservation expired at noon. I've never rented a car with a time limit on pick up 4. Then they wanted me to pay an extra $39 a day on another car. 5.
