Pros:The vehicle was excellent. Brand new. Returning the car was very fast with not problems.Cons:Have more notifications to take a CREDIT CARD. Small print on some customer agreement page is worthless. This was even more critical in San Diego, "Sorry, sir, We're so close to the border." If you wanted to use a debit card you need to have a flight... if not ... sorry too bad. I had to drive back and forth to get my credit card (my fault for not having it). When I was standing in line I saw about 12/18 people have an issue with CREDIT CARD / Debit Card. Update your policies modernize to use other payment methods. The people at the counter had no solutions for me and pointed me to curb to get an UBER. I cant imagine being out of town and being told that.Reviewed 26 May 2021

Pros:Dealt with one Staff member in pick up, she was very helpfulCons:Car “clean sticker” was broken. Found trash and a hair in the seat when we opened it. LOTS of damage to the car, dents, tears in the seat that Took us about 30 minutes to document, so that was a time constraint I wasn’t expecting. We rented a convertible on the top could not function on our way out and so we had to go back, it took for employees to figure out why it wouldn’t work. We laying our trip another 45 minutes. It took us almost 2 hours to rent a car not because of the checkout people but because of the vehicle itself being poorly maintained.Reviewed 25 May 2021

Pros:the staff was awesome, super friendly, really cared about improving the experienceCons:the car broke down 3 times then they charged me for roadside assistance. the wait times in rental center and on the phone for assistance totaled about 4-5 hours of my entire vacation.Reviewed 3 Apr. 2021
