Got to the first vehicle they offered us and it was broken and had tears in the seats and missing parts of the interior. They then said that they didn’t have anything else in the full size suv that I paid for so I had to pay to upgrade to a smaller suv cause it was considered luxury. That vehicle had no shock and was the worst and bumpiest vehicle I have ever driven.Reviewed 14 Feb 2024
