Everything went great until it came time to drop the car off in Leesville. The drop off location had one employee working. When I arrived, there were 7 people ahead of me already waiting. She did the best she could, and did it with a smile on her face, but it took nearly 45 minutes for her just to be able to get to me, for a drop off that took less than 10 seconds to do. To staff this place with 1 person, alone, is absolutely absurd and laughable.Reviewed 9 Sep 2025

The location was understaffed and had some unruly and distasteful renters, but the manager was handling everything with aplomb. When we returned the car, he remembered us, apologized profusely for the prior delays, and gave us a discount. Class act! Thanks, Moises.Reviewed 13 Apr 2024

Houston was Awesome! The drop off point in Galveston had the incorrect hours listed on the building. The door said they would be closed but they were actually open with 20 or 30 people there!!!Reviewed 6 Mar 2024

The drop off location on the contract was not the right place, and when I called customer service to fix the problem, they said that the Houston branch imputed my wrong birthday, so they couldn’t modify my reservation for the correct drop off location. I ended up taking it to Galveston (my original drop off) and they kindly took the rental in, and even offered me a ride to the cruise terminal. I am impressed, and great full for the Galveston branch.Reviewed 18 Feb 2024
